After two successful courses last year, Damien Wager will be returning to Bakery Institute for a two-day Patisserie course on the 7th and 8th of March this year. The hands on course will cover individual chocolates, entremet, petit gateau, tarts & lifelike fruits. Each participant receives a copy of Edible Art, Damien’s debut book, to keep and work from throughout the two days. The class will include new items not featured within the book and also items within the book that didn’t feature on the previous courses.
The course will be fast paced but still open to Patisserie chefs and enthusiasts of all levels. Please be aware that full and complete understanding of the English language is required due to Damien’s lack of understanding of Dutch.
