Always had the dream to do something with pastry? Have you tried Dutch food and you want to learn about famous Dutch foods like speculaas and bitterbalen? This intensive two days course will give you the experience of various basic disciplines in the wonderful craft of specific Dutch pastry items.

This week is all about discovering the secret of real pastry, from Dutch origins. We will teach this course in English, for all our pastry friends who want to learn more but are not able to follow the course given in Dutch.Cookies, chocolate, cakes, desserts and petit gateaux are on the program.

Theory of ingredients and methods of preparation are also on the menu for this week. You work with professional materials in a professional environment. We want to help you to discover your passion for pastry and learn some typical Dutch products by yourself.
